Alex, in particular, goes the extra mile to ensure exceptional service and delivers a flawless meal every time.

Unfortunately, when I arrived on time, my ord... read more I placed an online order and was told it would be ready for pickup at 12:10. I ordered three subs and six cookies. Unfortunately, when I arrived on time, my order wasn’t ready; it ended up being completed at 12:50. To add to my frustration, my cookies were missing as well. I cannot recommend this Subway location. While I was waiting, three customers ahead of me left in annoyance due to the slow service. It's clear that there are significant issues that need to be addressed. If I could give zero stars, I would, but the lowest rating I can give is one star.

The employees... read more Lately I've been extremely impressed with this subway. The items are usually not in stock, but I'll suspect this is an issue with the corporation. The employees are exceptionally attentive, polite and hospitable. It's always a good experience when I go in there. However there is one tall male employee (probably above 6 foot) that has a bad attitude, but his female coworker made up for it with her smile and positive vibes. Work is important, but attitude is what brings costumers back.

She got there and immediately got to work, no procrastination whatsoever and provided excellent service. Promote her.
