Spaced seating for more intimacy. Service: Beyond words. Attentive (but NOT hovering, which I dislike), non-pretentious, and knowledgeable of what they are recommending. Timely, but not hurried. Presentation: every detail of your dish is casually intentional. The vibrancy of the vegetables is very notable. The ingredients stand at attention with freshness. Taste: Life changing. Everything is organic, fresh-caught, homegrown, same day. Everything. I watched the bartender pick the fresh mint from the herb garden to garnish my drink. Overall impression: most memorable and enjoyable gastronomic experience on the Island. Elements is not your average beach taverna but operates on a higher, fine dining level. The restaurant is beautifully situated under shade trees with ocean views. There is a peaceful, quiet vibe here. After lunch, you can take a short stroll down the boardwalk and swim in the Mediterranean. The wine list is specially curated with fabulous Greek wines and the menu is carefully constructed, including vegetarian options. The outdoor bar is adorable. Everything about this place has been created with an obvious love for hospitality and service. Very well done!
