I got an eclair that was really dry and... read more I really wanted this place to be good. It's close to our hotel and open on Sunday. The first time I went was a weekday. I got an eclair that was really dry and seemed old. Since it was afternoon, I gave them a pass. On Sunday morning, my husband got pan au chocolate and eclairs and brought them back to the hotel for breakfast. Yuck. He apologized because everything was dry and not fresh. I don't get it; the other reviews are so good. Luckily there is way better pastry to be had in Geneva. The packaged pan au chocolate at the grocery store was much better than at this place.

The Natas are perfect--flaky crust and subtle egg custard filling. We had first tasted this Portuguese tart in Washington DC but the quality here was a thousand times better. Tried a new treat here and loved it--Tigelada. Similar ingredients as the Natas but a little denser and the crust has a different texture. Tigelada is more like flan.The coffee was fantastic! Robust and smooth. Delightful afternoon snack for 6.50 CF.
