Was given a nice room, complimentary u... read more Hotel is in a nice location close to the airport. The building doesn't have the Wow factor, but it's tidy and we'll kept. Was given a nice room, complimentary upgrade. There are so many well selected, well trained, motivated staff there, it's hard to mention...them all. A few that I can remember are, Angelica and Michela on Reception, Thumbs at the bar, and Elizabete and Angel... on housekeeping on the 7th floor. Exceptional at breakfast were Laurie, Mailie, Frederic and Angel. A little Smile and chat goes a long way when you stay in hotels often. The club lounge needs slightly better food, and IT to get the printer working. It would be nice to have someone permanently assigned there. Also in the gym there needs to be some control over the lighting. Otherwise, this hotel is great and I thoroughly recommend it.

We sat at the table close to a family with young children and it was really noisy. The first time experience was way much better than this time. Staff and service are always excellent, there is no issue with that.
