Every dish apart from being beautiful was an amazing tasting experience in itself. A restaurant that has a cool, relaxed atmosphere, with a warm and friendly steam that knows its menu well (as well as all matching wines) and who is proud to explain the inspiration behind each dish. Would highly recommend Blue Nuit for those seeking a pleasant unexpected food adventure. And a good value for money.

Bleu Nuit is one of my most popular restaurants in Geneva. They serve well thought-out and prepared dishes with many local ingredients. If you want to taste and not just eat, I highly recommend the 6-course menu....It is full of audazier and delicious flavor associations (confit Eigelb Beetroot Coffee!!! Apparently her new cook was trained by Laurent Petit (3 stars) and is one of the few female chefs to have a Gault Millau recognition in Geneva. Do not forget to climb into their fridge after the meal.
