Being welcomed to this unique restaurant, where all staff members are deaf, was a truly amazing experience. The waiters were able to read our lips and their smiles and gestures made us feel completely at ease. On Valentine's Day, my daughter, who is not vegan, and I enjoyed a four-course vegan dinner that was absolutely delicious. The appetizer was a creamy cashew and avocado mousse, followed by a fragrant Thai coconut soup with lemongrass. The main course consisted of champagne risotto, bean puree with vegan cheese, and glazed carrots. Dessert was a medley of exotic fruits with passion fruit cream. The menu was truly exceptional. On regular days, they offer a variety of vegan options, including vegan fondue and a meatless burger with chips. They also have daily specials which can be found on their Instagram page.
