Land Sharks Seafood Oyster - Geneva

I 'm giving 2 stars because the waitstaff here are AWESOME.... but unfortunately that 's where the good ends my wife ordered the lunch catfish platter and I ordered the grouper platter both of our meals had 1 pice of fish!! (catfish $10.99 grouper $14.99) I had fried green tomato 's but they were sliced so thin and soaked in grease and thst was all you could taste the hush puppies were burnt I asked for replacements but was told the cook said there was nothing he could do.... and all this for the low low price of $58.62!!!! Needless to say we will not be returning

Ate here last night. Waitress was friendly but had no clue about anything. We were told about the Special surf-n-turf “but they were out of hush puppies.” (There’s a grocery store within the same parking lot. So we made our decisions not to eat seafood. I ordered the Greek salad. Most restaurants serve an oil based dressing on a Greek salad. I was offered Ranch, 1000 Island, etc. Then she advised us she was wrong about the hush puppies, they do have them. So I decided to go back with seafood as did my husband. We decided on Grouper, mine grilled and his fried. The price was misquoted by our server but we wanted it anyway. I was shocked at the minuscule size of the $28.95 piece of fish that lay before me. I have always thought that “grilled” meant cooked on the grill and not on a solid flat grill. But I learned something new from this experience. I ate the smallest piece of fish then started on the other small piece when to my surprise it was raw inside. Now let’s talk about those hush puppies. We each started with 2 on our plate, one cooked, one raw inside. We asked for more under these circumstances. The next hush puppies were both soaked in grease and raw at the same time. Did I mention how uncomfortable the metal chairs are or that we were both charged with ice tea when I drank water? This is the 3rd time I’ve been in. The first time was great. The 2nd and 3rd were were underwhelming and expensive. For $68, we could’ve driven to Enterprise, eaten a delicious meal and had money left over to tip and pay for the gas we used. Aloha Land Sharks. You’ve bitten us for the last time.

I wanted some food and fast food just didn't seem like a place to satisfy my hunger, saw Gulf shrimp and I avoid imported farmed seafood. The Waitress was very helpful, owner came out and welcomed us. Food was exceptionally good. Will definitely go back and get pictures.

The grouper was better than down by the beach. Fries cooked perfectly. Cole slaw top notch. Highly recommend! Staff was amazing as well

Despite all the bad things I heard about this place, I decided to give it a try. Best oysters ever. Best grilled shrimp ever and friendliest wait staff I have ever met. I will definitely be back.
