I’ve been trying to place an order over the phone for two days, but I just keep getting the answering machine.
I visited the restaurant to buy coffee grounds, but they were out of stock and informed me that they wouldn't be restocking for another three days.
There's no orientation to the staff they all look lost and confused. The old lady on the register looks like she is running on fumes.
I went to order my coffee, and the employee looked at me and started making an "spspsps" sound. When I asked what she meant, she replied, "Exactly, I can't hear you." I found her behavior rude and disappointing, especially from someone who should be welcoming customers. It's important to either provide better training for your staff or consider letting them go.
