This was by far the most unpleasant meal I've ever had. Considering it was from KFC/Taco Bell, I wasn't expecting much, but this was truly unacceptable. The soft tacos were subpar, with hardly any filling. The chicken was greasy and filled with unappetizing fatty bits. I definitely won't be returning, not even if there were extreme circumstances.
Was there today . Thermostat was set at 50 degrees and temperature in dining area was 56 degrees.Will not be back until spring..
This location is a KFC/Taco Bell so they don't have all of the menu items that a stand alone of either restaurant has and you can't order through the Taco Bell app, only KFC. The food is ok and service is decent.
I will not be returning to the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Geneseo. On one occasion, I drove all the way back to my home in Mount Morris, New York, only to find that they had forgotten my biscuits. Another time, they informed me that there was no chicken ready and that I would have to wait one to two hours for them to prepare it. On my visit tonight, they were uncertain if they even had chicken available for customers. This will be my last visit to the Geneseo location, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Additionally, the young woman working the drive-thru was quite rude to customers. It’s unclear whether she is the manager, but her dismissive attitude was unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, she seemed indifferent. Their window even has a sign promoting job openings with the claim of being a caring company, but it’s clear that they do not prioritize customer care. They desperately need employees who are committed and understand the importance of good customer service, as well as ensuring that there is enough food prepared for customers. Again, I will never return to this location and advise others to avoid it. The quality of the food was disappointing as well; the chicken looked like scraps fit only for a dog. When we got home, the chicken legs were tiny, the mashed potatoes were cold, the gravy was cold, and the biscuits appeared partially uncooked. To top it off, the chicken had no flavor whatsoever.
