During my last visit to Hardee's in Geneseo, my order was incorrect. This time, they got the order right, but I found a long hair in my sandwich. When I brought it to the manager's attention, all she could say was that they are careful to keep their hair tied back. However, I found it difficult to talk to her as she was on the phone, speaking to other people in the background. This experience was disappointing, with poor food, poor service, and bad management. Serious improvements are needed.
Do you enjoy the mushroom burger with teriyaki and house sauce at this restaurant?
I recently tried dining at this restaurant for the first time and was very disappointed. The food was overpriced and came in a bag. The chicken sandwich was bland and overcooked. Additionally, I was charged over $4 for a medium soda. I will not be returning to this establishment.
I love the breakfast Frisco. Staff is really friendly and always in a great mood.
The workers are unprofessional and service is SLOW! I waited 15 minutes for my to go burger!
