Wonderful place and fantastic food. Love the historic feeling of the tavern. The owner was clearly busy and provided fantastic customer service.

This place is horrible, beyond horrible. The food sucks. The service is terrible . It’s never open when they say they are. It is disgusting and dirty all the time. I have no idea how this place even stays open and honestly the building should be torn down. This is by far hands down the worst place to eat or drink in the world. Absolutely disgusting and horrible. The only two words to sum this place up. Honestly just look at the photos they posted themselves his place is nowhere anyone should go.

My folks go here nearly every Thursday night...date night after 60 years of marriage and once in a while they invite me along. The owner Jim, cooks up some great deep fried mushrooms...a must have! He also makes some mean fish and chip, prawns, and burgers!! The teriyaki steak bites are tasty too! Always good food in an old tavern atmosphere...just fun to drive out and enjoy a fun dinner at a nice little town. They also do prime rib and hear that's very good but we've only been out on Thursdays. Check out the prices...you can't beat it. :

This place is a blast from the past! With a 1950's milk machine for milkshakes, the building itself was established in the late 1800's, with a lot of original flooring and interior paint. This Bar and Grill goes beyond the typical burger and fries menu with Prime rib monthly, and Tacos every Tuesday.
