Nap Chan has always been a popular spot to enjoy Chinese cuisine. The food is consistently delicious and of high quality.
The herb lumpia at Hap Chan has become a favorite of mine. The thin and crispy wrapper holds a delicious filling of vermicelli, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and other vegetables. The quality of the food is always consistent, and the friendly service at the restaurant is a bonus. I just hope they fix the issue with the air conditioning.
