The address is unknown until you book , people are young dynamic and very nice. Feels like home and the food is great. Wish would have been a bit less touristic but fully recommended ! View all feedback.

When we arrived, we were greeted by the head of Casa Felix - a nice Argentine man. However, that was the last interaction we had with anyone from Argentina. The "host" was a 20-something guy from California that didn't know much about the country or speak Spanish fluently. He was also the person that introduced each course. He told us that the fish was "white salmon," later correcting himself to say "a special type of trout from patagonia." He also didn't know what sole fish was, which was in the aguachile course. The food was fine - nothing to rave about, but also not bad. It was pretty much just eating in a patio area with 10 other travelers (all currently living in the US). I wouldn't recommend it or go back.
Casa Felix was the best meal I had during a 5 day trip to Buenos Aires. The experience was unique, the food was terrific, and the service was super warm and friendly. It felt like a delicious and fun dinner party at a good friend's home. Alvaro and the Casa Felix team also went out of the way to accommodate our particular food sensitivities. I went to other "closed door" restaurants in BA, and Casa Felix stood out from the rest. I loved it.
This is a spot for foodies in the know. We heard of it from friends. It's in the patio of the chef's house, who is so friendly. He prepares everything fresh, including drinks! Excellent value too - about $120 total for six-course menu and wine pairing (2 ppl). It was so delicious and fun to have a dinner party with our new stranger friends! The location is a bit hard to find and perhaps not the safest area but we took uber to and from and had no issues (but would advise against loitering outside). You can tell he uses great ingredients and takes great pride in his work. He recently opened a place in Santa Cruz, California, called HOME, which I look forward to trying. Definitely go here!! We had such a great time.
Amazing locale, staff, ambiance..but most of all the highly creative menu..each dish perfection..delicious wines .lovely garden..a MUST when visiting Buenos Aires.
The food was a pre-fixed multi-course dinner, with each course being original and delicious. The hostess was vert friendly and helpful. My daughter is a vegetarian and they made her a special menu. We enjoyed eating at the community table and the other guests (from around the world) were interesting and friendly.
