The pinakbet... read more This was by far the best meal I've had in Siargao! The grilled Mahi Mahi head and fillets, along with the chicken and pork belly, were incredible. The pinakbet was just as delicious as I've ever had. And the native chicken soup with coconut and lemongrass was fantastic! Forget about Mama's Grill—Sugba surpasses them in taste, quality, and even price, hands down!

I recommend going as... read more A must-try when visiting Siargao! We arrived around 8 PM and unfortunately, only the marinated pork was available as the rest was sold out. I recommend going as early as 6 PM for a wider selection of dishes. The marinated pork belly we tried was excellent—far better than Mama’s Grill! Additionally, the staff were very accommodating. Do keep in mind that the service may take some time, as they only start grilling the food once you've placed your order. The ambiance here is fantastic and has a lovely, romantic vibe as well.
