We found this place by chance and had never tasted Bulgarian food before. We were definitely not disappointed as the food was delicious and not expensive. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful with translating the menu for us. I highly recommend the mixed platter and the spare ribs. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sofia:
We arrived for dinner about 8:30pm. After asking a few times if someone could take our order, after about 20mins the waiter finally said he would take a drinks order and come back later to take our food order. We kept asking and after another 25 mins left the restaurant. Not sure why we got such appalling serving but would recommend you don't go there. If I could give no stars I would. View all feedback.
Eine Stelze, zart und knusprig, um den Preis... die gibt's nur hier! Alle Vorspeisen von Hühnerleber über Hühnernherzen bis zu den vegetarisch gefüllten Weinblättern sind so großzügig, dass man sie getrost als Hauptspeisen bestellen kann wie in Bulgarien! Die Hauptspeisen kann man dafür auch zu zweit bestellen ohne zu fürchten, verhungern zu müssen! Nächstes Mal muss ich das ganze Spanferkel vorbestellen, sonst ärgern sich wieder alle, dass die Stelzen ausverkauft sind ; Service ausgesprochen freundlich Schanigarten begrünen, Bierangebot ausbauen und das Schweizerhaus kann zusperren!
Grosse und leckere Portionen! Personal war sehr bemüht obwohl schon sichtbar müde am Abend.

Bulgarisches Restaurant, Absolut Authentisch! Sehr gut gegessen! Wer Bulgarien kennt und die Küche liebt so wie ich ist hier absolut richtig ! Extrem freundliches Personal sehr flink und aufmerksam!
Sehr lecker, preislich in Ordnung. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung.
