Had our party here, great weather, summer, sunny and warm. Nice table outside with great view of the small lake and ducks. As we were a bigger group we had a small selected menu to choose from. Started with the potato soup which was creamy and full but was just not warm enough pitty as otherwise would have been perfect. For the main the saibling fillet, very good grilled with some pasta under it and mushrooms. Full o... View all feedback.
What Kai vienna doesn't like about Klee am Hanslteich:
This was our third visit there and though the first two times were very good, the last one was very disappointing mainly due to the service not being up to scratch at all. Our waiter had an attitude and was quite rude and very hurried. The location is absolutely wonderful and the food was good. Overall we didn’t feel like welcome and valued guests which is sad because we celebrated our daughters birthday. View all feedback.
Beautiful atmosphere, good staff and very good food we come back
Having read some of the reviews we were not sure if to give it a try, but the location was too tempting. We certainly did not regret, service was fine and friendly, food was very tasty and we felt comfortable. We will come again!
Not the first time here but first time gobsmacked at whole experience. We were four persons for dinner during covid. The dining area was packed, not like before at the beginning and middle of covid where every other table was empty. The room was stuffy and when asked to open a window they said they cannot. The waiter got our orders wrong, and we had to remind him twice about a missing item which he brought when we had finished our meal. Not an apology or explanation. When we got our bill we saw we were charged for tap water. I am sorry, but in a certain standing of hospitality, tap water should not be charged and certainly not when the service is deplorable and an ordered item is brought at the end of a meal. Not going there again.
Klee am Hanslteich bribes with its location next to a lake and its great service. Waiters care about you but are not intrusive. The Quality of the food and baverages is really good and you tast the difference. while you are sitting next to ducks (which are also a nice attraction for kids) in the middle of the wood you hear birds sinnging and enjoy the view. Nevertheless it is really pricy and hard to reach, you can not get there with public transport. In summer a spot next to the lake is nice, but the mosquitos are unbeliveabe annoying.
If you are into great setting and cool design, Klee is definitely a place for you. More importantly, albeit the small portion sizes, the food is very good. The menu is just the right size and offers a great variety of traditional Austrian cuisine with an international and modern twist. The classics include Wienerschnitzel, which is made with veal, and it is pan fried in butter to perfection. Pasta dishes are excellent as well home made, simple and very tasty. Soups and salads are good as well. Fish dishes pike perch and cat fish are very tasty but on a smaller side. It is worth noting that the wine list, as well as service are very good as well.
