As you walk in there is a smoking section and non-smoking section. The decor is funky bar like, but warm. A gay-ish, young establishment. We were pleasantly greeted and shown to our seats in the non-smoking section. We ordered some wine and the meal. These were definitely the largest portions we had in Vienna. Yummy Asian salad with deep fried cheese balls, potato soup, cheesy noodle lasagna type thing no tomato sauce, with a large green salad, then white mousse and apricots for dessert. Yummy, but A LOT of food! Would definitely go back.
We were eating in the willendorf once Sunday evening. we wanted to try it after the new take. we could have saved that. the waiter was very nice and very accommodating, that was the best in the evening. the foods are not Willdorf-like, sorry. to eat we will no longer go there, maximum on a daughterl.
Previously, it was a local with quite good kitchen.then it was long too.today, I was there.there is only a little choice.a par ver.burger.my,with beef, was lovingly dressed and the brot about 2 days old. on my note to the waiter, only came that brot was homemade....for almost 12€ indirkutabel.nie again!
The willendorf is closed (stand: ende september 2016!) it was once one of my favorite locals with very creative cuisine and a nice garden in the backyard. large smoker and large non-smoking area
