We took carbonara pasta (for me) and my girlfriend being vegetarian took ravioli to ricotta and spinach. She who is absolutely not a fan of spinach, she finds that the taste is so subtle that it is really delicious. As a dessert we took shotamisu at the speculoos, a freshness and an exquisite delight. One day we even took a black lady when we passed before and it’s just a culinary orgasm. I highly recommend, especially since it was them who took over the restaurant because I hear a lot of negative from the past of this restaurant. One point that I find extremely important is that they make sure there is no waste, and so they make a smaller portion of some desserts that require more rest time. So if you absolutely want to taste the tiramisu, I advise to book this at least 2 days in advance (because the tiramisu has to rest a day before being served).
