Addendum 2022 After change of operator not made so good experiences. In the summer we were asked to leave the restaurant or the foreign office, it was about 1800 a.m. because the staff was released and the operator alone could not offer anything and would therefore close. Now in December, we wanted to eat steak. We got the small menu with the statement that no one in the kitchen could cook the other dishes. It was on Friday night. You have to really think about going back to the best pub in GE...super Essen, whether steak or just currywurst pommes...easily great. The boss is always there and takes care of every guest just super. The staff is top, especially in stress situations always nice and friendly and fast. You notice that you are welcome! Football pub from the finest!

The curry sausage is a poem! But what is even more great is: the service!!! I had forgotten my fanschals on Saturday after the Schalke game against Frankfurt, which could have been located on the delicious Pilsken... My email was promptly answered by the boss personally by phone. He sends the scarves home and doesn't want any money for them. Dat is Schalke, I love these warm people there!
