Dutchtown/Geismar has the friendliest staff compared to other Sonic locations. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The management does an excellent job of training their team, and it really shows to customers like me. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The meat was burnt on the end and the middle was uncooked. It also had a funny smell to it. I can?t believe I waited 30 minutes for this. I don?t like to complain but it?s my money. How hard is it to make a burger correctly? View all feedback.
I used to love getting the foot-long hot dog, as it was always overflowing with chili. It's been a few years since my last visit, but I stopped by today in a rush before work and ordered a foot-long hot dog. To my disappointment, it only had about 2 tablespoons of chili on it. I guess this reflects the decline in quality at fast food restaurants. On a positive note, their shakes were still great. I just wish companies would stop compromising on quality. Service: Takeout.
This Sonic has the best service of any location I've ever visited. The staff is not only quick but also incredibly friendly. I've experienced other Sonics where the carhops were unpleasant and seemed disinterested, but that’s definitely not the case here. The carhops are truly welcoming, and they promptly bring your food. This is hands down the slowest fast-food restaurant! Food: 3/5, Service: 2/5, Atmosphere: 2/5.
Being from Oklahoma, we are obviously huge Sonic fans I mean our family stops multiple times per week for drinks and snacks. We stopped at this location while visiting family in town. We waited for nearly 20 minutes for five drinks and two pretzel twists. I was just about to simply leave after 20 minutes but they came walking out with the order. My family who lives there says it's so slow historically they don't even go there. This experience was around 3PM on a Wednesday and we were one of only three vehicles at the establishment. Most certainly not the Sonic standard.
They forgot something in my order. I called them and they put my name down. When I went back a couple of days later, they just honored my request for the replacement order and never even asked my name. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
