John Michael's Good Eats - Geismar

At my first visit to this ice cream and not safe in the menu stood the old dame with the glasses that took the commands there and tapped their finger on the counter while I read the menu. When I asked about certain sandwiches, she was so rude and impatient that I just wanted to go on the run. I'll probably never go there again.

I always make an effort to support local businesses. The salads that my wife and her parents had were good, and the packaging was decent, though not outstanding. I plan to return to try the Muffaletta.

Fresh cuisine in Gonzales is finally here! It's a refreshing change from the usual deep-fried options. This restaurant offers a wonderful, fresh menu that the Gonzales area has been lacking. I discovered this place a few weeks ago and have already made five trips back. The Classic Italian on sourdough is fantastic, and the eggplant chicken sandwich is equally delightful. The salads are impressive, featuring delicious house-made dressings.

Dutchtown Gem. It’s a cozy spot with an extensive menu, and from what I experienced, they pull it off beautifully! I tried the Philly Steak sandwich, and while it may not have been traditional, it was absolutely delicious. My son had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo, which featured large golf shrimp generously covering the dish. The owner personally checked in with each table, making sure everyone was satisfied. The menu includes a variety of sandwiches, wraps, pasta dishes, and salads, making it a great option for a good lunch in the expanding Geismer/Dutchtown community.

I was introduced by one when my friends have to say that I was impressed again. The food is delicious service is great, but there is one thing that upsets me. They don't support Bluebell anymore. I loved going there to get Dutch chocolate ice cream when I was pregnant and now they have Hershey. This is my only complaint. If they get Bluebell ice cream again, then it would be my lunch for the daily day!
