Unfortunat... read more We were here in Winter Wonderland and were really looking forward to the day. Overall the day was lovely and the children (4 and 5) had a lot of fun. Unfortunately, there weren't as many warm-up options as were in the description. Toilets were completely flooded after 3 p.m., there is only one restaurant where you can warm up, but here you even had to make your own hot chocolate and then pay almost €4 for it. The Indorhalle seemed to be still closed at 3:00 p.m. (it was completely dark) whereupon an employee said “a colleague here must have forgotten to turn on the light ”
