Actually they don't even deserve a star, more expensive than gas stations with service and when I asked a question at the help button the employee became very, very rude, that's not how you treat customers.

Unfortunately, the conversion to a vending machine gas station also brought problems. Several times I couldn't select a free column because it was blocked by the system. The reason is not apparent. She was free. However, I learned that if the small red light in the display lights up, the column cannot be selected. Pressing the help button does nothing because the person there cannot help with that specific problem. The column cannot be released manually. The technology still needs to be adjusted. Prices fluctuate daily for no reason, multiple times (I hate that). The last time the scoreboard read 178.9. However, the display on the column (and only this price applies) is 181.9. Then the scoreboard changed to 184.9 and shortly afterwards back to 178.9. When I still read 181.9 on the column, I activated it at the machine. However, when refueling it suddenly jumped to 183.9. Very annoying. Actually, it could be quite simple. It would have to be regulated by law that prices can be changed (upwards) a maximum of once a day. Basta. In other European countries it works just fine. The prices there usually only change once a week. Nevertheless, the tenants survive there too.

Unfortunately there is no staff here. Petrol pumps are often blocked and the filling process takes a long time thanks to the machine.
