Fujisan Japanese Takeaway - Geelong

Pretty disappointed. The staff and the service was fine. But the sushi was a real branches. Our hand rolls would either fall apart into our hands or were pretty old

We ate times here in which we were in Geelong. The staff was helpful and the food is so delicious !!! We always buy the sushi and sashimi plate and the fish is perfect!

I blindly gave this store a go as I've tried nearly every Jap store within quite a distance.  [Customer Service] However, I'm not likely to visit again as the woman (probably lady boss) at the counter was rude, impatient, as she would put on a fake smile and greet non-Asian customers, but doesn't bother to put on a show with Asians.  Her smile is also more of a flat line as it seems like she's generally unhappy and frowning.  She didn't seem to treat the staff in a pleasant manner either.  The other staff seemed pleasant though.  [Food] The sashimi was quite fresh and nice, the steak teriyaki bento was okay, but the counter hand rolls are bad!  The price should have been cheaper, but I was willing to give it a go.  However as mentioned before, I'm unlikely to come here again as seeing and having to deal with such a woman again, who could wreak your evening out, isn't worth any of our money.

The food is ok, but the service is extremely disappointing. The rude lady owner is really terrible in services. Everything you are interested is your money and your effort to never smile or sincerely welcome. She is usually really annoying if you take too long at the counter, or if you do not hear what she said, and she needed to repeat. Ruined my whole mood with this rude lady. Grief There was once a time that I ordered beef ramen from her and landed a chicken breaks, I have nothing against having chicken instead of beef, but there was a confusion when she sent me the ramen. I told them I have ordered beef ramen, but she has angry and angry. She insisted that I ordered chicken Ramen and answer me Ruckely. Come on, I did not ask you to replace me or anything. That's not the way to treat customers! Too bad. Just because they have many other customers and money, that does not mean that they can scream their "customer" (obviously they did not treat me as one). Pay attention to people when they go there, do not make no noise that you angry.
