Thank you to the amazing staff and owner for always providing incredible service! My partner and l eat here regularly and can definitely say the pizza's are to die for. I eat gluten free and the GF base is one of the best l've had! Love love all the pizza's and hand cut chips : View all feedback.
What Alex G doesn't like about Pizza Bar:
Forgot our drinks. Forgot our pizza... at least i think they forgot. 2 other tables came in 15 mins after we ordered but got their food 10 mins before us. Then we had to ask 3 times for sharing plates. Too many other great places to go in that area so we won't be back in a hurry. Pizza was pretty good though. Bit of a shame they're so understaffed. Have been three times since the move and am impressed by the changes. Pleasant friendly service, rich menu with lots of variety as there is a pizza shop, delicious delicious food, good wine. In any case, worth a visit for lunch or dinner ?????????
Great ambience good service The only topic is that you do not take any bookings, so you have to try your luck to come otherwise, otherwise I would definitely come back
Terrible customer service Pizza was all oil, no flavor apart from the sweet potato on top, so I picked that off instead of embarrassing my guest. Saw the gluten free option was a shriveled up large cookie looking this too, really odd they changed the menu from something that was at one time the best pizza I'd had in Australia. Rude and defensive manager if you had a question, not at all receptive or polite which really put a damper on the night out. I'd say don't waste your time and $!
Could not make this place faulty. Very decent restaurant, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. I had the Margarita and it was perfect to serve a great serving and cheap. Grief Grief Many good-looking options in the menu. Next time I would go back when I'm in Geelong.
This place was such a disappointment.! Grief We drove from Melbourne for the day and promised the children we would bring for a pizza. Grief Grief We arrived at the beginning, 5 pm in this restaurant, and at that time only 4 other guests were. We waited five minutes to sit. Nevertheless, I had to go over and asked the Maitre D to pick up our order because we return to melbs with the children. Grief Grief He finally came over and picked up the order. We made the stupid mistake to order the acidic dough and oil / salt to suppress children's hunger pain. A small piece of burned sourdough came on and then the real pain in. Grief Over an hour, wait for two adult pizzas, a child pasta and two children's pizza. Guests who arrived after we arrived were finished their meal and left and nevertheless we waited. No extra bread, no excuse, no free drink, nothing was offered to our table to compensate for the no-show pizza. We asked three times and received a short answer. Grief Grief The pizzas were fine, but the knives are completely dull, so I spent most of my time in the crust when I do not like to eat my meal with my hands. Grief I have ordered another glass of wine because of the waiting, and there was not mentioned that the missing order was not even mentioned, as the orders to take into the door flourished. Grief When we finally, when we went to pay my husband, the waitress asked politely what she thought of the waiting time, and she basically fell off him, listening to him full whack and ignored him. Grief Grief If you will recharge up to $ 20 per pizza, you should deliver a good service and a smile. And if you can not achieve that, whatever the reason is, because always your patron's glass of wine or another appetizers, it is really just basic manners, I recommend you to learn something.
