However, when we received the bill, we were charged £4.50 for just 3 small se... read more My family and I went to Sprinters restaurant this evening and had an average meal. However, when we received the bill, we were charged £4.50 for just 3 small servings of lemonade (not even full glasses)! I was extremely surprised by this. After questioning the Manager, they did remove the charge but mentioned that this is their standard price. We were also charged an additional £0.50 to swap peas for beans. This makes me wonder how much they are marking up the food if this is the price for drinks. I would suggest checking your bill if you decide to dine here, but unfortunately, we will not be returning anytime soon.

Lovely food apart from the so called homemade chips, which were in my opinion very poor chip shop chips. The new menu looks n... read more Have visited sprinters a lot always found food and service good. However visited on Friday , 1st night with new menu and was not impressed. The new menu looks nice but the reduced physical size means the description of meal contents is very small and difficult to read especially for older people who may not have the best of eyesight,this could loose them a lot of customers. The meals were ok , but only ok and in my opinion not up to their usually standard considering the substantial price rises. Initial service was good but vertually no contact after that, which was strange considering they were not really busy and they staff spent most of the time chatting to eachother.when finally asked if the meals were ok ,there seemed very little interest in they the fact that we were not impressed considering it was the new menu debut. We will go back again to see if they have settled in with the new menu, but only once if they have failed to return to their usually standard.john

Me and my family went in on new years eve 2022 and me and my son chose to have burgers and when they came I couldn't believe what I was looking at on my plate! Our burgers were really burnt and the cheese looked that way as well, like it had been in a microwave, the rest of the bun was really dry . I did try the burger, but only a few bites in and we were done and couldn't eat any more as it was disgusting. Also on the plates was chips ....not French fries ...not steak chips but chip shop chips
