What Sully Lovesit doesn't like about Everest Bhansaghar Gurkha:
Food was alright not good by any means but edible and served hot at least but really overpriced £13 for a small pot of curry with rubbery chewy chicken, £4 for rice and the same for a naan is a rip off unless perhaps you're eating it at a smart swanky place unfortunately this place is run down, shabby and a bit depressing the loose, stained wallpaper and dirty looking carpets added to the scruffy ambience. Visited here a couple of nights ago for our anniversary. What can I say this place is a right hidden gem! Exceptional tasting food, Fresh, flavoursome, hot, delivered quickly. Very authentic food. Affordable reasonable priced. Restaurant a bit dated in regards to decor etc but does give an old authentic feel haha! Would strongly recommend to others and can’t wait to return Thank you! 10 10 Service: Dine in View all feedback.

read moreNestled in a curious corner of town, this restaurant presents a mixed experience. While some diners rave about the excellent service and tender, flavorful dishes, others lament the lack of authenticity and the use of excessive ketchup in various meals. Several reviews highlight the high prices for what some describe as mediocre food, particularly in the takeaway service, which has received complaints for cold deliveries and rude drivers. Despite the ambiance being described as shabby, those who have dined in find a warmer atmosphere and attentive staff, making it a hit or miss spot depending on individual experiences.
