Mcdonald's In K - gdom City

They pulled me around and made me wait for 10 minutes for one drink this is not acceptable

Ordered on the app. Waited in the drive thru for 10 mins .. 6 orders were taken on the right side.. only 1 on the left side.. 3 people drove off and left because no one was taking orders from ur side. Finally went inside. Was waiting only to have my bag thrown at me and I had to ask for our drinks.. the girl was hateful.. if I wouldn’t have already paid we would have left. They were understaffed.. more like overstaffed and just laughing and joking around.

It's OK. it's McDonald's. Quick and bit so cheap anymore.

I really appreciate the icecream cone making skills of the lady working the counter today. I 'm getting tired of paying increased prices for a small squirt and she made a glorious childhood 1980s version that I 'd come back for. The missing starts are one because she gave a big Ole smokers hack into her hand before grabbing the cone (with flu/cold season or covid- I 'm surprised even somebody so rough looking wouldn 't have more of a care or awareness by now). The other missing star is for the bathroom- which isn 't fully fair. You can 't always help the smell of somebody 's cheeseburger that didn 't agree with them. The overall cleanliness was decent. The smell was just horrifying and I really couldn 't get passed the bad cheese thought.

Great customer service ever before close. My family had a big order and ice cream right before close. The people at the drive-through were awesome.
