My husband and I went in to eat. We order a French dip and Swiss. My husband found a plastic wrapper inside his sandwich.Only thing they offered was a free cookie. They should have offered a free meal but they didn't. He could have swallowed it. Shame on Arby's. It was the manager that offered the cookie. View all feedback.
Stopped in Saturday evening, they must have been short of help. No ice, all beverages were empty, no ketchup and food service slow.

This establishment is a mess. They are often closed and today their system was down. So can’t take orders. I like Arby’s bit do not go to this one. They are awful. Couldn’t get anything !
Very fast service very kindly staff and everything was perfect. Food was amazing. Usually it’s greasy and stuff like that but today was really nice and I love your fish meal which is usually not every arbys has thanks guys
