What Crystal Edington doesn't like about Arby's:
My husband and I went in to eat. We order a French dip and Swiss. My husband found a plastic wrapper inside his sandwich.Only thing they offered was a free cookie. They should have offered a free meal but they didn't. He could have swallowed it. Shame on Arby's. It was the manager that offered the cookie. View all feedback.
Ordered 6 sandwiches and a meal. Drove home to find out the meal was missing minus the drink. Will anyone pick up a phone? No way. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This establishment is a mess. They are often closed and today their system was down. So can’t take orders. I like Arby’s bit do not go to this one. They are awful. Couldn’t get anything !
Very fast service very kindly staff and everything was perfect. Food was amazing. Usually it’s greasy and stuff like that but today was really nice and I love your fish meal which is usually not every arbys has thanks
My family still ate their but I didn't as I was told they can't make my sandwich. Which I guess is a pain in the butt. It was the beef and cheddar on onion bread but with turkey instead of the beef. Didn't know subbing a different meat was impossible to do.
