So order 2 3 meat plates through uber eats, mistake number 1! 2nd missing sides for one of the meals. 3rd, this is the driest BBQ I've eaten the ribs tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. Chicken chewy and brisket inedible! Won't eat at Dickys again. At least not in Illinois. May try once I'm back in Texas but won't guarantee that!

Ordered UberEats. They got my entire order wrong. I ordered the Westerner sandwich with sliced brisket and chicken breast and they gave me pulled pork and Jalapeño cheddar kielbasa instead. I could understand if they don't have certain items but please do not substitute them with other items in case people have allergies. We had a terrible experience here the other night. I have been to other Dickey’s many times, and this one a few times (though probably not in a year). I’ve had a lot of barbecue lately so I wanted to go somewhere different this weekend. There were three people behind the counter and a sign that said they were understaffed and to be patient. I'm just confused. I understand being short staffed but being completely careless in preparing food is uncalled for. A complete waste of money…will not be returning. Sauces have a strange smell to them, cheese on dishes isn't even melted. Ridiculous
