We arrived with our coach group just after 3pm and there was no soup or meals available as the kitchen had already closed, luckily an extremely kind lady made up some sandwiches for us and very much appreciated they were too, very fresh and tasty, perfect with a cuppa and fresh scone. Ate our scone with a cup of tea in the conservatory. Very nice cafe..bright clean, staff friendly. Good menu, serving Jacket potatoes, steak pies etc and I think paninis. Would visit again but I live too far away sadly.
Food is good. We had a wide range of food from children's to steak pie which was excellent. I don't agree with paying 10p for each sachet of condiment though. I think a children's meal should come with 1 foc then any extra pay 10p for
A great place to stop away from the hustle and bustle of the motorway. The service is really quick, even with a coach load of us piling in, food was very nice. The toilets were lovely and clean. I would choose a stop here rather than a motorway services any time.
Service is very quick and friendly. Great coffee. Tasty food. Plenty of tables.
