I felt like I was in Gaziantep, we missed such delicious meat, soup and salad. Prices are more affordable compared to Istanbul. Isn't there lahmacun? It's like I ate it in Antep. Thank you. Definitely try the sarma beyti. It's not doughy or anything like it is in Istanbul. You can feel the taste of the meat with a light sauce and the crispy bread. You'll know you're eating meat.
