For the main course, we shared the Lamb shoulder with fig and pomegranate sauce, served with potatoes and green beans. The lamb was cooked to perfection, so tender that it fell off the bone and melted in our mouths. The sauce was outstanding and truly enhanced the flavor of the lamb.
