They keep raising their prices, which is understandable with inflation, but not for the chicken pieces they sell. The portions are so small for the price. Next time, I’ll pass.
KFC offers high-quality food, but unfortunately, my meal was missing the cookie that was supposed to be included according to the menu.
During my last two visits to KFC, my experiences were less than satisfactory. The first time, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes in my car for a sweet tea replacement after receiving an unsweetened one. There was only one other car behind me in the drive-thru and just one family inside, so they clearly weren’t busy. I ended up having to go inside myself to get the correct drink. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left, but I was late for work. On my next visit, the gravy container wasn’t sealed properly, and the gravy spilled all over my seat and purse. It took me quite a while to clean up. KFC should consider using plastic bags for gravy if the lids don’t stay secure since I was only given a paper bag, which seems to be their standard. While the service improved during my second visit, the gravy issue was disappointing. There’s no KFC in my city, so I drove to another location hoping for a better experience, especially given their menu options. After these visits and reading other reviews, it seems KFC could really benefit from hiring new employees or providing better training.
I’m not quite sure what’s going on with KFC these days, but back in the late '90s and early 2000s, when Cindy was the manager, the food was always cooked to perfection—hot and fresh. Some of the dishes they're serving now wouldn’t have been accepted back then. I used to love it, but now I’ll go out of my way to get chicken from another place.
