Nice rv park and the small restaurant has good food and good service. Food prices are very reasonable. 6 adults and 1 child ate full breakfast for less than 60 dollars. View all feedback.
What John Berry doesn't like about Dw’s Grill:
I ordered takeout and was told it would be ready, but I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes upon arrival. It seems the new owners aren't very attentive. I was able to find the original owner at Legends, a restaurant bar located at 3208 Ladnier Rd. View all feedback.
Beles on the Bayou has moved locations. All thee same staff and pproducts. Now called LEGENDS at 3208 Ladnier Rd Gautier
This was our weekend breakfast spot until a few weeks ago. They use to have the best french toast and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately new owners came in, changed the menu and went way up on prices. We gave them a try the first week and the French toast was nothing but literal toasted bread that was dipped in what tasted like nothing but mixed egg and milk with no other ingredients. We figured it was just the new owners adjusting so we would just come back in a week or two. We'll, when we went back and they put the new menu down I was so upset.First off.... no side options stated. Secondly, not everyone eats meat. Every meal automatically includes meat and with no sides listed there were no options for me to ask if they would even consider subbing. We are definitely disappointed in all the changes and will miss having an awesome and affordable local spot for our weekend outings. Looks like we will start making the drive back to Long Beach for their amazing french toast.

As a couple with an 11-year-old son, we really appreciated several aspects of this restaurant: its prime location, the warmth of the staff, the comfortable temperature inside, the wide variety of breakfast options, and the great prices. However, there were a few downsides: my food arrived ice cold, our meals weren't prepared as we had requested, and the butter on the table tasted stale, significantly affecting the flavor of the grits to the point where we couldn't enjoy them. If you aren’t too particular about these issues, this restaurant could be a great choice for you. It’s situated by the water at an RV campground, so it tends to be busy. While we were seated quickly, there was a long wait for our food, and it was quite noisy. I plan to return, but I’ll definitely try something different next time.
