beautiful cozy hotel. clean and spacious. the hotel restaurant had delicious food, where we had to taste authentic Norwegian meatballs (kjøtkaker). the personal was super charming, knowledgeable and friendly. this hotel is a small gem in the middle of a fairytale town. in the lobby they can even get fresh ice cubes. there was a sweet little stream right in front of the window with schafsweeping. I want to stay a day. View all feedback.
What Gunleik Hammer doesn't like about Gaupnetunet:
they get what they pay for. if they consider it as a cabin that has a whole family (up to 5 people with a full kitchen and bathroom its beautiful for a few not the best price-performance ratio they pay attention to taking everything they need (films, care products, eating etc., which is removed (not much to do, but there is a super market near the breakfast is beautiful and fresh. the prefabricated brot is excellent!
