We ordered a Norwegian salad composed of avocado, beans, lemon sauce, non-existent in the dish, replaced by fine lambs of zucchini and red cabbage, and a fine slice of lemon. Service and cuisine at the top! I would have put 7 stars well but we can’t: New chef’s hat is really a treat every time, not to mention the welcome of the boss and his staff who is at the top of the top!
