This restaurant is part of Indira hotel so they have got many in house guest itself. Standalone it is good place to have meals mainly due to good ambiance and quality of food. Place is frequented by many regular customers. They have got North Indian, South Indian, Indochinese and fast food options to choose from. It has got both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Seating arrangement is comfortable and it can be a good choice for festival or celebration meals.Services bit slow. Any special needs or food preferences needs to explained very properly and patiently to get things done properly.Prices bit higher then reasonable range but not in fine dine range.

I went to Hotel Indira for evening tea and ordered a cup of tea with some snacks. The tea that was served had a burnt odor and was not consumable. It was replaced with a freshly prepared one upon my request. My bill came to Rs. 90, but when I tried to pay with a Rs. 2000 bill, the cashier asked me to pay in cash as they did not have change. I requested to pay with a card, but there was no POS device at the main counter. The cashier asked me to give him the Rs. 2000 bill and they would give me change later, which was not acceptable to me. I also offered to pay with an electronic wallet, but there was no option available at the hotel. The staff at the counter was not responsive and only accepted cash payments, despite being located in a busy city area. I had no choice but to retrieve my money and it was a hassle. With the government's push for cashless transactions, businesses need to adapt and provide better options for customers.
