Roi des Patates Frites - Gatineau

Went there friday night ordered a club sandwich...shocked and discusted that processed chicken slices were on the sandwich and only 2 pieces of bread...Really!! Also hand soap in the ladies washroom was half water half soap. If your gonna cut costs. Lower your price on the food..very disappointed...

I was there twice. The first time I ordered two hotdogs and a small French fry. The food was ok but it took a long time to order and to get the food. The second time it was about 2:00 pm past the lunch rush. There was one man waiting for his order. The waitress was there not doing anything but not taking my order. Then she started complaining that people show up to eat all at once. After another 5 minutes I just decided that life was too short to stand there and listen to such a person. She should seriously consider retiring or finding a new job away from the public. I gave one star because that day it was so slow I was able to park in their parking lot.

I love this place. The poutine is amazing. The staff is very nice. I come to Buckingham every year and this is always one of the best parts of my trip. It gets better every year. They truly are the King of Fries! :)

The worst service in town! No more than 2 madam does not take orders is too much for her and when the others will get their meals you will then order no need to tell you that they will wait for you because they will finish their meals and that you will not have yet started and in addition to the tables, no real cheese has poutine as grated cheese. Very few parking spaces. Anyway go somewhere else!

Typical Mc.D's , ok service , unhealthy food that people enjoy on occassionI ordered 20pcs of McNuggets and all I got was 1 BBQ sauce, do the math.
