Fantastic service! However, I wouldn’t recommend the $300 5-course tasting menu ($450 each with drinks, tax, and tip). The food and portion sizes were disappointing, and we had no say in what was served. The restaurant usually offers a much better experience with more reasonable prices and better menu choices. It seems to have declined in quality compared to previous years. While the resort itself is beautiful, the dining options at both restaurants were underwhelming. For example, the watermelon dish pictured below cost $16 and was not very enjoyable.
The best ribeye I’ve had in a long time! The service was excellent, the staff incredibly friendly, and the food absolutely delicious.
The food at Entrada was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Japanese wagyu, and my husband had the halibut. We started with the risotto and finished with crème brûlée for dessert. Keep in mind, the prices are quite high since this is a fine dining restaurant located at Gateway Canyon Resort. The portions are small, but I managed to finish everything, which is unusual for me—I usually take leftovers home! As you can see in the photos, we enjoyed every bite. My husband especially loved the dinner rolls and ended up eating about six of them! The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet.
Wonderful service! However, I would not recommend the 5-course tasting menu priced at $300 ($450 with one drink each plus tax and tip). The food and portion sizes were unreasonable, and we had no choice in the dishes served. Entrada offers a much better experience with more reasonable prices and more options. It seems the quality has declined compared to previous years. While the resort itself is stunning, the food at both of its restaurants was quite disappointing. For example, the watermelon, pictured below, cost $16 and was not very flavorful.
