The pizzas lacked toppings, were either sloppy or bu... read more I went to a Pizza Hut with my wife and daughter for an all-you-can-eat experience, but it was a bad choice. The pizzas lacked toppings, were either sloppy or burnt, and the thin crust was like tracing paper. The garlic bread was as dry as a sandstorm, and the pasta was overcooked and messy. We waited a long time for fresh food to arrive, and even the ice cream was watery with minimal toppings. It was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had, and not worth the £50 we spent. We will not be returning to Pizza Hut again. Overall, a disappointing experience.

My dining companion and I ordered a meal deal to share, which included a spicy chicken pizza, garlic bread, battered onion rings, salad, and ice cream for dessert. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our server, Yasmin, welcomed us with a big smile and provided exceptional service. She truly gave us the best Pizza Hut experience, and her professionalism was top-notch. Because of this fantastic experience, we will be returning to Pizza Hut on every visit and will highly recommend it to all our friends.

We were greeted at the door and shown to our table by a ver... read more Visited Pizza Hut with my sister and nephew for lunch while doing some shopping in the metro centre. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table by a very pleasant lady (so far so good, we thought). Another lady who was doing table service came over to our table to take our food and drinks order, we asked if we could have 5 minutes to look at the menu, she then came back to take our order. We ordered the 'chicken sharer ', we were asked by the girl whether we wanted PLAIN, BBQ OR SWEET CHILLI CHICKEN, we asked for plain, the food came and was dropped onto the table, the waitress did not have very nice manners at all. The chicken wings were covered in a BBQ flavouring, I approached the girl and advised her we had ordered plain howevre the chicken wings we had been served were bbq, she came over to the table and stood over us with her arms crossed and said 'the chicken wings are flavoured with bbq when we get them from the manufacturer, so there 's nothing I can do ' I then of course asked if she could change them because we wanted plain chicken, she continued to say 'well you ordered plain and they are plain, just seasoned that 's what I meant when I said plain ' I asked if we could change again as it was not what we had asked for, she snatched the plate from the table and walked away shaking her head and continued to gossip with other members of staff while nodding over to our table. The plain chicken was served to our table, once finished the same girl who had served us came over and took the plate away and asked 'do you want anything else? ' in a terrible manner and was extremely abrupt. The whole experience was terrible and the lady who served us most definitely needs some training in customer service and needs to study her menu to be able to advise her customers correctly! We will not visiting Pizza Hut again!!!

Got 3 pizzas to takeaway, terrible no taste hardly any topping, just like eating bread.
