The buffet option was great value, although the restaurant is "cashless." For those with dietary restrictions, the gluten-free pizza received top marks for safety and taste. However, some guests were disappointed by the lack of garlic spray on their pizzas and high prices compared to other options. While one group left due to cleanliness issues, others praised the cleanliness, hospitality, and quick service. Overall, this Pizza Hut seems to provide a pleasant dining experience for those looking for tasty pizza and friendly service.
Excellent service for our family birthday meal. The staff were so friendly, service was quick and food was hot and really good, only criticism would be the salad bar was a bit sparse and messy. Bonus was bringing our cake and singing to our 6 year old granddaughter, made her very happy. Thank you for a lovely night
Pizza was like slop only enjoyed the crusts chips were soggy like they had been dragged through a river, pizza melt was foul do not buy tastes like prison food vile free salad was the only reason to give this a one star would NEVER return so overpriced for a very poor meal
The qr code ordering is a bit tricky and the waitress didn’t check up on us, I had to go looking for help. The pizza was very overpriced considering there was barely any cheese on it. It’s about ten miles away for me so I was really looking forward to it and was massively disappointed. Used to be much better.
Best thing I can say is that one of the waitresses was friendly and helpful. The ordering system is impersonal and tricky to fathom out but the waitress checked on us to make sure we were ok. Unfortunately both pizzas were very bland and over priced for what they were. The salad bar had a good range but the fresh items were soggy. Very dissatisfied and expensive experience, I will be going to an independent restaurant in future, where I will get better quality for the price.
The food was actually excellent, it was ordering that was the trauma. Customers are expected to order their food using their own mobile phones, great if it works. For us it didn't. After half an hour of frustration (we needed a password reminder, which never arrived, well ok it did 48 hours later) I put my coat on to simply leave. At this point a waitress came over and said she could take our order if we were struggling. What is wrong with simply looking after customers properly in the first place? At Pizza Hut prices they can surely afford to look after customers reasonably. And before you ask, we are very IT literate, heaven help someone who isn't, better off giving it a miss. It spoilt my day.
