Mcdonald's Restaurants - Gateshead

I visit here quite often. And I order a crispy sweet chilli wrap. No cucumber and a slice of cheese.... how is it that today seemingly there is nothing on their till to do this? Great customer service ...Not.

The staff, predominantly of African descent, are described as lacking in competence and courtesy. I always enjoy the delicious food and great service at this restaurant. The store is always clean and tidy. My favorite is the toasted muffin, and they never disappoint. I would give this place a perfect 10/10 rating.

Shocking went for 2 coffees on 25/4/23 ordered and waited in the bay for 25 minutes and never turned up went in to complain and carnage in there paid for something and never received disgraceful

I am tired of McDonald's now. The service is extremely slow and three times I have ordered, they have gotten it wrong. The last time, I waited in the parking bay to see the employee give my order to a car, only for them to realize it was the wrong order. The employee then came back with the same order, claiming it was new, but I doubt it was made in just 10 seconds. Today, I came home with a kids' Happy Meal that was missing nuggets and had only two fries, as they were too busy fulfilling delivery orders.
