I ordered a 6-piece meal for delivery and when it arrived, it was not hot, just okay. However, I was disappointed to find that the meal consisted of only 6 chicken legs. I understand it's a deal, but 6 legs seemed like a joke to me. It felt like they were giving the least amount of meat because it's cheaper. I have never experienced such a small portion in my life, it was an absolute disappointment.
My husband's birthday was ruined because a whole meal was missing from our delivery order. He didn't want to go to his favorite KFC restaurant, so we decided to order delivery for £39. We tried calling Abotsford for over an hour with no answer. When they finally picked up, we were promptly hung up on.
They went above and beyond in their incompetence by getting our order completely wrong this time. We were served the wrong burger, and to top it off, the chicken was off. They need to fix this immediately. Absolutely disgusting.
Large queue for the drive through signs saying open for drive through and take away, waited patiently in the queue. Got to the window waited for5 minutes before a large rude woman came and shouted its shut can't you read! When I said all the signs on the approach say you're open a torrent of abuse was hurled my way. Didn't get food but will not go back there. KFC management need to jump all over this. Total lack of professionalism and customer service
I used the drive-thru service on Tuesday because I was in a rush for a date. The person who served me, I believe his name is Aaron, deserves recognition for his friendly and efficient service. He quickly informed me about items that were unavailable, saving me time, and helped me choose popular or similar items to what I wanted. The service was excellent, and they even had my order prepared and ready in my personal bag. I was impressed and will definitely be back.
