Our whole family, including our three grandchildren aged 6 and under, enjoyed a pleasant visit to this restaurant as a nice change from McDonald's. The older children usually order ice cream, and the youngest one enjoys the popcorn. The employees were friendly and provided good service.
I ordered a 6-piece meal for delivery and when it arrived, it was not hot, just okay. However, I was disappointed to find that the meal consisted of only 6 chicken legs. I understand it's a deal, but 6 legs seemed like a joke to me. It felt like they were giving the least amount of meat because it's cheaper. I have never experienced such a small portion in my life, it was an absolute disappointment.
My husband's birthday was ruined because a whole meal was missing from our delivery order. He didn't want to go to his favorite KFC restaurant, so we decided to order delivery for £39. We tried calling Abotsford for over an hour with no answer. When they finally picked up, we were promptly hung up on.
They went above and beyond in their incompetence by getting our order completely wrong this time. We were served the wrong burger, and to top it off, the chicken was off. They need to fix this immediately. Absolutely disgusting.
