Texas Roadhouse - Gastonia

My group of 10 people was headed to a concert in Charlotte when we decided to stop at this restaurant right when they opened, within 30 minutes. We placed our food order about 45 minutes later and were out of there by 6:25 pm. The food and drinks were delicious! I would give them a perfect 10. We will definitely be coming back when we are in Gastonia.

Initially, I left a 1-star rating due to a specific employee who kept me on hold for a total of 30 minutes without addressing my order inquiry. However, my experience drastically improved thanks to manager Brook Gibson and waiter Josh Crawford at Texas Roadhouse in Gastonia, NC. They provided excellent service, making me feel valued and turning my unpleasant visit into a special one. Thanks to their efforts, I will continue to support this establishment.

This steak house in Gastonia is without a doubt the best. The yeast rolls are incredibly light, the salad is extremely fresh, and the steak practically melts in your mouth. The service tonight was impeccable.

Waiting was 45 minutes. It took a long time to get silver. Rolls were good. Fried Pickles ingenious. Service employed. Bartender, Kimmie, rude. The food was really delicious. I liked the house salad with Bleu Cheese Dressing. Steak and shrimp delicious.

My family and I went to the Texas road house for the first time, the food was delicious. I typically avoid chains as it is usually generic and bland. But I will say we will definitely be coming back. This place rivals any steak house I 've been. The waitress Hailey was awesome she was very attentive. We didn 't even need to ask for drink refills. She was wonderful. That was a great experience.
