BW3 Gastonia has experienced its fair share of highs and lows over the years. During football season, Thursdays are incredibly busy, so we tend to steer clear. However, at the moment, they seem to be doing quite well. Good... View all feedback.
What עשירה ברנדיס doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
we came in and the hostess let us know that there was a waiting time. what I do well, but she let us skip many big groups and couples without talking to us again. they had many of them sitting on the bar and knew they were planning to eat. that means it's longer waiting for us to sit while the kitchen pops up. nothing worse than being ignored when they came in the polite and understanding of the waiting period. Pretty standard B-dubs. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and staff are consistent with other locations. Only reason I knocked a couple stars off is that the past couple times I've been, they were only serving a very limited menu of fried items. I'm sure this is due to being understaffed, but it's unfortunate that even on a Sunday afternoon, they don't have a cook. This is also evidenced by the dining room being mostly empty, but there still being a 20+ minute wait to be seated. It's been a tough couple years for restaurants. Hopefully they can get things back up and going again soon.
Terrible bone wings. If I could give zero stars, I would. Boneless wings decorated old and I received a voucher for a free 6 pieces for my birthday. Well, they were free because they tasted microwave or old. The best thing I've ever eaten. Don't come back. You also need more staff and help because waiting is always long for people who need to wait for pick-up orders.
Courtney B at takeout is always professional and very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure that everyone is taken care of.. the salt and vinegar wings are my favorite... Restrooms are always clean.. great location
I cannot lie, every single time I have came here for the past year there is always some kind of inconvenience. The grill being closed, limited menu, sometimes they don?t even have wings which is the entire point of coming here! Tonight has by far been the worst experience i?ve ever had at a restaurant. Our soda was flat so we asked to change our drinks and she told us to keep our straws .. gross. they had us waiting to be seated when there were several tables open for over 30 minutes and we weren?t seated until we finally had to ask what?s going on. We were never offered drink refills. We waived her down multiple times for drink refills. the waitress never informed us of not having carrots/ celery with our wings so at the end of the night when we asked for them she finally told us they didn?t have any?. same thing with the wings? we didn?t know about the bogo deal with the wings and she didn?t let us know we could have an extra order of wings until the kitchen closed. Will not be going back.
The ?manager on duty? or whatever she is, was super rude and had a smart mouth. When I asked her where I could sit where there weren?t air vents blowing directly down on me she responded with ?well they?re everywhere so? and just smirked end walked off. She has a very unprofessional attitude and If this woman is in management then I feel bad for the employees and this restaurant. Terrible customer service. I asked her such a simple question and did not feel like I deserved the negative attitude. That wasn?t the only situation either she?s been rude and unprofessional all night, when I asked if I could sit at a table by the bar instead of directly at the bar she gave me a negative attitude about that as well. Food is good though and bartender was very nice she helped me with the air vent problem with no hesitation. I say promote her to management. Thank you. Update I think her name is Casey
