Red Beard Barbeque - Gas

I'm a wedding coordinator and have interfaced with a lot of caterers. Last night I coordinated an event that Red Beard BBQ catered and the guests were RAVING. Multiple people asked him for contact info because they were so impressed. He also went above and beyond to make sure the reception went smoothly. If you know where to look, there is actually some pretty good food in southeast Kansas. BUT, this little food truck in Iola is in a completely separate league and blows their closest competition way out of the water. We have tried it six times just to make sure they are consistent and each time was better than the last. Hiram and Austin bring completely different skill sets to their cooking, and what they come up with together is nothing short of incredible. Red Beard Barbecue is definitely in the small handful of truly incredible culinary experiences in my life, and we are all extremely fortunate to have them in our community.

Omg my aunt got food from here when I was sick and wow just amazing.

They catered our work lunch for 450 people and everyone was through the line in 17 minutes. The food was delicious as Always!! Different from all the other bbq places around.
