However, this particular food truck in Iola stands out and surpasses its nearest competitors by far. We've visited six times to ensure consistency, and each experience has been even better than the last. Hiram and Austin combine their unique culinary talents to create something truly amazing. Red Beard Barbecue is undoubtedly among the few remarkable culinary experiences I've had in my life, and we are all very lucky to have them in our community.

I understand the staff behind the counter are busy, but someone should manage the line to ensure everyone is served in order. I was overlooked by three people and, unfortunately, didn't have time to wait because of my short lunch hour, so I ended up going to A&W instead. However, I’m open to revisiting and potentially updating my review. I decided to give it another shot, and the service improved significantly. I tried the Red Cow burger, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return!
