What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
the pizza inat 6:40pm they said 35 minutes, I came around 7:20 waited in the drive thru to 8:10 got to window pizza was not willing to pay me and find a place to park and wait longer, I had waited 45 minutes not to have waited that long but of marion drove 20 minutes to wait and spend more gas, that is 4,39 a gallon absolutely not! pizza hat should not know their calls to gott where and only a fyi they can not go and... Waited an hour longer for my pizza. It was cold when it was FINALLY given to me. This has been an ongoing issue with Pizza Hut since they moved to the new location.
I ordered pizza for delivery. They text me at 6:13pm saying it was out for delivery. Email says it will arrive by 6:40pm it is now 7:22pm still no food and I've been on hold for 25minutes now trying to find out where my food is. I'm definitely not happy with their service today!! And this is not the first time this has happened
I ordered 2 large pepperoni pizza, 1 supreme pizza, 5 ordered cheese sticks, 10 cup of cheese and naked wings. Everything looked great and tasted great. I kinda hesitated ordering stuff from Pizza Hut in Gas City. It seems like it was going down. I wasn’t happy with Pizza Hut for a long time until now.
We came into Gas City after 13 hours on the road. Called order in and Lady on the phone was nice. Pizza arrived on time. Problems were pizza looked like it was dropped a few times and no plates or napkins to eat with in a motel room. Once we put the pizza together enough to eat it was fair. I realize these are tough times but you need to step it up.. Regards
