Church's Texas Chicken - Gary

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel rushed while ordering, this is it! The attitude of the front counter staff was disappointing. I brought my concerns to the manager, and she just laughed at me. It seems like they’re used to providing poor customer service.

I ordered the three-piece combo, and I have to say, it was so delicious it almost made me want to slap my mama! The chicken was incredibly flavorful and juicy—definitely not dry at all. If I could give Church's Chicken 10 stars, I absolutely would. You guys are amazing! Keep up the fantastic work and continue serving such spectacular food. - Ms. Valerie Moore.

The restaurant was unclean, the staff were unfriendly, and the food lacked flavor. There were also people dancing in the back and laughing at diners, which was quite off-putting. I would not recommend this unique restaurant to anyone.

The management and staff are awful in this place. I came different days and times, and my experience with the staff are rude. I asked the cashier which chicken came up, and she said I don't know. All the chicken just came up in a condescending tone. The General Manager should hire shoppers to come in and rate their service and eliminate all the individuals who are bringing this place down. My recommendation would be RETRAINING for the entire staff and if their attitude doesn't change hire a new team.

This is the 2nd time getting chicken burned like this from the Churches Chicken in Gary, Indiana. nAnd the taste was just as bad. nIt tasted like it was cooked in bad grease. n28.00 for a 15pc dinner is a good deal. nBut not if the chicken taste that bad. nI Love my Churches Chicken but serving burnt chicken like this is very disappointing.
